Doug has over 25 years' extensive experience of the Financial Services and Oil industries.

At BP Oil he provided strategic marketing direction and implementation guidance to BP's operating businesses across Europe, and led BP's European Customer Responsiveness programme, an international change programme supporting BP's global ambition to become a world-class customer centric brand.

For the Royal Bank of Scotland Group, he managed a variety of major projects including the development of customer management strategies, new product development, and transferring best practice experience across multi-national business units.
