Jean-Philippe Dubost Senior Consultant

Jean-Philippe has extensive experience in strategy and management consulting with different European consultancies. He has led projects in customer experience management and customer relationship management such as multi-channel retailing strategy design and implementation, contact centre transformation and claims management process re-engineering. He also managed business transformation projects (post merger integration, outsourcing, cost reduction). Jean-Philippe has worked within a wide range of public sector organisations (including postal services and transport authorities) and in the private sector (telecommunications, financial services and real estate...). He previously worked for EADS and IBM.

Jean-Philippe holds a Master of Sciences in Business Administration from the Bordeaux Business School where he specialised in international management.
